Bulk and Skull were on a mission to uncover the secret identities of the Power Rangers, and they had a plan. They were dressed up as gypsies, and with them was a woman named Gypsy Aballonia, who they claimed possessed special powers that could help them achieve their goal.

Together, the three of them sneaked into the deserted hallway of Angel Grove High, where Tommy, Kim, and Adam were also present. Gypsy Aballonia used her supposed powers to detect the Rangers’ vibrations in the area, but Bulk became dizzy from staring into her eyes. Skull dismissed his discomfort as nothing to worry about.

Later, at the Juice Bar, Gypsy Aballonia sensed the presence of the Power Rangers and was certain that they were there. They believed that she had only led them to a photograph of the Rangers that was hanging on the wall, and so they fired her on the spot. As Gypsy Aballonia walked away, Bulk and Skull remained oblivious to the fact that they had let go of their only chance to discover the true identities of the Power Rangers.
