Oysterizer 

Oysterizer is a crustacean-like monster with a distinct appearance resembling a mix between an oyster and a humanoid creature. His body is predominantly orange with shell-like armor covering his back and shoulders. He has a large pearl embedded in his face, and he wields a weapon that combines a large pearl and a blade connected by a chain.

Rita asked Goldar what he thought when she observed that Zack was in love and wanted to buy pearl earrings. Goldar suggested calling on the Ecocyte Pearl to unleash the Oysterizer, with the plan to pollute the sea and take over the world. Rita agreed and used her small crystal ball to summon the monster. Inside the crystal ball, the Oysterizer brought Rita the Pearls of Stillness, which she deemed the perfect gift for Zack to give Angela.

Zordon informed the Rangers that Oysterizer could destroy all ocean life and was the keeper of Rita’s magic Pearls of Stillness. Zordon also explained that the stillness spell from the Pearls of Stillness would be broken if the Oysterizer’s pearl was destroyed. Tommy and Zack were tasked with luring the monster out of the sea and destroying his pearl. During the battle, Zack punched Oysterizer back into the sea, and the Pearls of Stillness dissolved.

Oysterizer’s abilities included spraying pink acid gel from his stomach and shooting flaming energy from his face pearl. These attacks had a severe negative effect on morphed Zack. In his giant form, Oysterizer summoned a large pearl and blade connected by a chain from his face pearl. The Megazord Power Sword ultimately destroyed the giant Oysterizer.

Oysterizer also made several appearances in later episodes. He was among Zedd’s most powerful monsters guarding the Rock of Time, attended Master Vile’s End of the World Party at the Youth Center, and was seen in the large crowd of monsters in Prince Gasket’s other-dimensional Machine Arena. Additionally, Oysterizer participated in an auction on Onyx and was spotted among the assorted monsters in the Shadow World’s underground tomb.
