Plot

In an effort to conceal Zack’s surprise birthday party, the kids pretend to have forgotten Zack’s birthday. He goes off by himself feeling a little depressed when Rita throws him the ultimate birthday surprise. Enter a monster named Knasty Knight. Zack takes on the Knasty Knight alone. The Power Rangers come to Zack’s aid, but Knasty Knight manages to melt down their weapons.
