Commander Crayfish

Commander Crayfish is an imposing crustacean-themed monster with a red and brown exoskeleton. His body resembles that of a giant crayfish, complete with large claws and segmented armor plates. He has a set of long antennae protruding from his head, and his eyes are set deeply within his armored face, giving him a menacing appearance. His overall look is both intimidating and powerful, fitting his role as a leader among Rita and Zedd’s monsters.

Commander Crayfish was chosen to lead the team of Mutant Rangers when no Putty was worthy of becoming the Red Mutant. He wielded what looked exactly like the unmorphed version of the Power Sword, while the Mutant Rangers wielded replicas of the other four Power Weapons. The Green Mutant wielded a copy of the Sword of Darkness. The Ultrazord’s blasts destroyed the giant Commander Crayfish.

Zedd later had Goldar summon Commander Crayfish as one of their best aquatic monsters, referring to him as “Cruel Crayfish.” When the White Ranger slashed each of the four aquatic monsters with Saba, they crackled with white electricity and lay prone until all were defeated, at which point they vanished in white electricity.
