Lokar

Rita Repulsa used her magical candles and crystal ball to call forth Lokar and Mutitis. This summoning ritual darkened the skies over Angel Grove with variously colored lightning and caused the ground to shake. Goldar, aware of the plan, noted that Mutitis would destroy the city after Lokar had dispatched the Rangers to the Island of Illusion. Baboo recalled that Lokar’s last appearance had nearly led to their defeat.

Lokar possessed several abilities, most notably his Breath of Doom, which could transform monsters into more powerful versions of themselves. This breath was used to enhance Mutitis during a battle. Lokar could also fire potent blue energy bolts from his forehead, capable of dealing heavy damage to the Rangers’ Zords and other targets.

Lokar first appeared during a battle between the Megazord and Mutitis. His arrival, marked by a fireball descending from space and transforming into his head, resulted in the transformation of Mutitis into a more powerful form. The Ultrazord’s attacks eventually forced Lokar to retreat, screaming in pain as he fled in the form of a fireball.

Rita later summoned Lokar to aid in recreating Cyclopsis. His presence was marked by another fireball, which resulted in the revitalization of the powerful war machine. During the ensuing battle, Lokar used his breath to topple the Megazord and blasted the Zords with energy bolts, nearly securing victory for Rita.

Lokar’s last major appearance involved another intense battle where his blue energy bolts struck the Dragonzord Battle Mode, causing significant damage. Despite his efforts, the Ultrazord ultimately destroyed Cyclopsis, causing Lokar to flee once again.
