Delta Command Crawler

The Delta Command is the titanic base of the SPD branch on Earth. It houses the SPD Rangers and the SPD cadets. It is surrounded by SPD training grounds. The mobile Command is also home to the Delta Runners, which are kept in units at ground level.

The base is also linked to various points in the city via an underground network of specially developed tunnels. In times of emergency, the Delta Command can use Command Crawler mode, in which the top half lowers to ground level, allowing the base to travel from point to point.

When in Command Crawler Mode, the base has access to panel-blasters, which can change up to release large blasts of energy.
