Plot

Billy, who has an aversion toward fish, picnics at the park pond with Kimberly while the others go scuba diving. Aware of Billy’s weakness, Rita creates her poisonous GooFish monster to destroy the Rangers. The fish throws debilitating star-fish bombs and spits a venomous substance that can both poison people and glue the rangers to the ground! Although Billy cannot face fighting the fish, he overcomes his fear and, with Megazord Power, the Power Rangers defeat the giant GooFish monster.
