Plot

When Kimberly’s mother decides to remarry an artist and move to France, Kimberly is torn between her family and her commitment to the Power Rangers. She has a nightmare about her mother’s fiancée in which he becomes a weird French mole monster. Finster invents a device that allows Rita and Zedd to spy on Kimberly’s dream and make the monster a reality. The ARTISIMOLE comes to life and terrorizes Angel Grove, draining the color out of the town with his powerful palette. The other Rangers fall victim to the monster, and are also drained of their colors and power. Zordon tells Kimberly that she has to face her fears of the future and she courageously fights the Artismole, defeating the monster and freeing her friends. Kimberly decides to move in with Aisha and her parents until the end of the school year.
