This advanced weapon employs cutting-edge particle acceleration technology to generate a highly destructive beam capable of inflicting significant damage on targets. Operated collectively by all five Rangers, the Turbine Laser is aimed and coordinated by the Red Turbo Ranger, ensuring precision and strategic deployment during battles. When not in use, the Turbine Laser is mounted on top of the Storm Blaster vehicle.

Introduction and Capabilities

Dimitria presented the Turbine Laser to the Rangers as a new powerful weapon in their arsenal. Utilizing the latest advancements in particle acceleration, the Turbine Laser produces a concentrated energy beam designed to devastate adversaries. This weapon represents the culmination of advanced technology, boasting immense power that the Rangers can leverage in their fight against evil forces.

Deployment and Operation

When summoned, the Turbine Laser is typically seen flying in through a dark void with blue streaks, transforming into its cannon mode by folding down its side wings. The weapon is positioned with Justin and Carlos at the front, Cassie and Ashley on the sides, and T.J. in the back. The spinning barrel of the Turbine Laser then shoots a fiery red sphere of energy towards the target.

Notable Uses and Battles

  1. Introduction and Initial Use: The Turbine Laser was first used in the battle against Mad Mike. Despite its power, the weapon did not manage to destroy Mad Mike, highlighting that while potent, it is not infallible.
  2. Elgar’s Rocket: The Rangers successfully deployed the Turbine Laser to destroy Elgar’s rocket, which was launched with the intent to freeze the sun. However, this event was undone by Clockster, who turned back time before the Rangers had the opportunity to use the Turbine Laser again.
  3. Battle with Metallasaurus: When General Havoc introduced Metallasaurus, the Rangers attempted to use the Turbine Laser against this formidable opponent. Despite a direct hit, the weapon’s blast merely bounced off Metallasaurus, demonstrating the limitations of the Turbine Laser against certain adversaries.
  4. Temporary Victory over Wicked Wisher: In another battle, the Turbine Laser was effectively used to temporarily defeat Wicked Wisher, showcasing its continued relevance and power in various combat scenarios.

The Turbine Laser is mounted on top of Storm Blaster when not in active use. This mounting facilitates easy transport and quick deployment.
