Plot

Billy is able to fix the signal blaster to try to use the device to break Zedd’s signal that gripped the Zords, allowing the Megazord to respond. The Dragonzord does not respond, meaning Tommy’s powers are failing. Meanwhile, makes the old Zords attack Angel Grove while the teens are competing in an off-road rally. Lord Zedd makes PIRANHTIS HEAD grow, but the Power Rangers are able to now call on their power and morph into their new Zord, though Tommy’s Dragonzord sadly returns to the sea (Dragonzord and Tommy are out of commission to conserve Tommy’s powers). The powerful new Zords defeat PIRANHTIS HEAD and Lord Zedd vows revenge.
