Appearance
King Sphinx bore the appearance of an ancient Egyptian sphinx, complete with a headdress reminiscent of the pharaohs, adorned in gold and blue stripes. His muscular physique was combined with large, powerful wings and a lion-like face. His chest bore an eye symbol, and he was equipped with a scepter featuring a golden question mark at its end, signifying his mysterious and powerful nature.
Abilities
King Sphinx possessed the ability to blow people away with his wings, an ability that he utilized effectively in battles. This wing power was demonstrated when he simultaneously demorphed Kimberly and teleported her to the Youth Center by blowing his wings, repeating the same feat soon afterward with Zack. His scepter was not just a symbol of his authority but also a weapon capable of shooting flaming question marks, adding a fiery ranged attack to his arsenal.
King Sphinx also demonstrated a unique teleportation ability. He seemed to teleport both himself and Jason to a rock quarry, where a rock pyramid served as a dramatic backdrop for their confrontation.
In his giant form, King Sphinx gained additional powers. He could shoot a golden beam of energy from his crown, enhancing his offensive capabilities. Despite his large wings, in this form, they only managed to push the Megazord back slightly, indicating that the Megazord’s resilience could counter his wing power at this scale.
In his giant form, King Sphinx posed a significant threat. However, the Megazord, equipped with the Power Sword, ultimately proved to be his downfall. The decisive strike from the Megazord Power Sword destroyed the giant King Sphinx, ending his reign of terror.
